Thank you for choosing Royalty Watch. We are pleased to offer you a 10-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects or malfunctions, provided the following conditions are met:

1. Warranty Coverage

• The warranty covers defects or malfunctions of internal components and the watch mechanism.
• Repair or replacement will be determined at the sole discretion of Royalty Watch. If the watch cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a model of the same category or similar value.

2. Warranty Conditions

• This warranty does not cover damage or breakage of the watch crystal.
• Damage caused by impacts, drops, misuse, visible scratches, wear and tear from physical abuse, or improper handling is not covered.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect the watch's functionality, such as scratches or dents, is excluded from coverage.

3. Exclusions

• Any repair attempt by unauthorized persons will void the warranty.
• Damage resulting from improper use of the crown, poor storage, exposure to chemicals, water (if not a water-resistant model), or extreme temperatures is not covered.

To claim warranty service, the original proof of purchase must be presented, and Royalty Watch procedures must be followed. The final decision regarding repair or replacement will be made exclusively by Royalty Watch.

Gracias por elegir Royalty Watch. Nos complace ofrecerle una garantía de 10 años a partir de la fecha de compra, cubriendo cualquier defecto de fabricación o mal funcionamiento, siempre que se cumplan las siguientes condiciones:

1. Cobertura de la Garantía

• La garantía cubre defectos o fallas en los componentes internos y el mecanismo del reloj.
• La reparación o el reemplazo serán determinados exclusivamente por Royalty Watch. Si el reloj no puede ser reparado, se sustituirá por un modelo de la misma categoría o de valor similar.

2. Condiciones de la Garantía

• Esta garantía no cubre daños o roturas del cristal del reloj.
• No se cubren daños ocasionados por golpes, caídas, mal uso, rayones visibles, desgaste por abuso físico o manejo inadecuado.
• Los daños estéticos que no afecten el funcionamiento del reloj, como rayones o abolladuras, no están cubiertos.

3. Exclusiones

• Cualquier intento de reparación por parte de personas no autorizadas anulará la garantía.
• No se cubren daños causados por el uso indebido de la corona, almacenamiento inadecuado, exposición a productos químicos, agua (si el modelo no es resistente al agua) o temperaturas extremas.

Para hacer efectiva la garantía, es obligatorio presentar el comprobante original de compra y seguir los procedimientos establecidos por Royalty Watch. La decisión final sobre la reparación o reemplazo del reloj será tomada exclusivamente por Royalty Watch.
